Speyer Hall, the home of The Performance Project @ University Settlement, is a Lower East Side gem located within University Settlement’s landmark headquarters on Eldridge Street and the corner of Rivington. Ideal for dance, theater, film and concerts and public events such as lectures/ storytelling events, celebrations, fundraisers and conferences or workshops.

Speyer Hall is a 35 x 60 ft. fully-equipped theater with flexible seating for up to 100 guests. Our affordable rental packages include a highly trained technician to run lights, sound and projections.
